Core Values of Rested & Regulated

At Rested & Regulated, we are committed to helping families find rest, stability, and transformation through God’s wisdom and the science of how He designed our brains to thrive.

  • "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

We believe that true rest begins with surrendering to God’s design for family and life. By trusting in His wisdom and rhythms, families can experience peace even in the midst of life’s demands.

  • "The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom, and whatever you get, get insight."

God has given us both biblical truth and brain science to help us navigate emotions and relationships. We teach families how to cultivate emotional intelligence, self-control, and grace-filled interactions for a healthier home.

  • "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."

Family is God’s first institution, designed to be a safe haven of love, trust, and resilience. We guide parents in fostering an environment where children feel secure, valued, and deeply loved.

  • "And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children."

We believe that spiritual growth and emotional well-being go hand in hand. Our approach encourages parents to lead by example, instilling faith, wisdom, and self-discipline in their children.

  • "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind."

Families thrive when they learn to renew their minds—breaking unhealthy cycles, embracing God’s truth, and creating homes filled with grace, structure, and emotional security.

State of Faith

At Rested & Regulated, we believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and the ultimate authority for faith, life, and family. Our work is rooted in the truth of Scripture and the belief that God is the source of all healing, restoration, and wisdom.

We believe:

  • God is the Creator of all things, and humanity is made in His image, designed for connection, purpose, and love. (Genesis 1:27)

  • There is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—coequal and coeternal. (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)

  • Jesus Christ is Lord, fully God and fully man, who lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose again, and offers salvation and new life to all who believe. (John 3:16; Romans 10:9)

  • The Holy Spirit dwells within believers, empowering them for transformation, healing, and godly living. (Galatians 5:22-23; Romans 8:11)

  • The family is a God-ordained institution, meant to reflect His love and serve as the foundation for spiritual growth and emotional well-being. (Deuteronomy 6:6-7; Ephesians 5:21-33)

  • Healing is possible through Christ, who came to bind up the brokenhearted and set the captives free. (Isaiah 61:1-3)

  • God’s truth transforms minds and renews lives, and we are called to live according to His Word. (Romans 12:2; 2 Timothy 3:16-17)

We commit to serve families with humility, compassion, and a heart for God’s restorative work, combining biblical wisdom and brain science to help them walk in freedom, peace, and purpose.

Kind Words

  • “I started working with Diana at a pivotal and stressful time in our family - 3 and 5 year olds acting out while facing a traumatic school situation, and myself as the primary caregiver the majority of the time. I felt paralyzed, alone and unsure of what to do. Diana's coaching not only grounded me with her down-to-earth and emphatic approach, but she literally transformed my thinking and my decision making with her informed and proactive guidance. I am incredibly grateful for Diana and the compass she continues to provide as I navigate some of the most important parenting moments of my life.”

    -Stacey

  • "Diana is worth EVERY penny!! She delivers. She brings so much to the table; not just her coaching training, but also her Montessori background, philosophy education, practical wisdom from raising 3 thriving children and much, much, much more. Stop thinking and just do it! Invest in yourself. Invest in your relationship with your children and be surprised how it will translate in other areas of your life."

    -Shreya

Hi friends, I’m Diana.

For over 17 years, I’ve been a teacher and school leader, dedicated to shaping young minds and supporting educators in creating meaningful learning experiences. But my work has never been confined to the walls of a classroom. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside more than 1,000 families from all walks of life, helping them navigate the joys and struggles of parenting, marriage, and faith. Through these experiences, I’ve seen firsthand how life’s challenges can either shake us or strengthen us—and how, with God’s guidance, they can become opportunities for deep spiritual growth.

In recent years, the Lord has called me to step even more fully into family ministry, equipping believers to cultivate homes filled with grace, truth, and the love of Christ. As a wife, boy mom, sister, aunt, daughter, cousin, and friend—but most importantly, a child of God—I understand that faith isn’t just something we live out in church; it’s something we practice daily in our closest relationships. It’s within our homes, amidst the ordinary and the messy, that we are most challenged to reflect the heart of Jesus.

I believe that a strong family rooted in faith can change the world, one household at a time. No matter your background or where you are in your spiritual journey, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering encouragement, wisdom, and biblical truth. Let’s work together to grow in faith, strengthen our families, and make God’s love shine where it matters most—right at home.

We'd love the chance to connect with you to see how to best support and guide your family.
